All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Payment Method: Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, which supports a wide range of payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
• Payment must be made at the time of ordering
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes

Once your order enters the preparation stage, we are unable to make any changes or process cancellations. Please ensure all order details are correct before confirming your purchase.

Orders are shipped within 1 day after the order is placed. Delivery timelines are as follows:

• Kolkata: Orders are typically delivered within 2 days from the date of shipment.
• Rest of India: Orders are typically delivered within 4-5 days from the date of shipment.

Please note that these timelines are estimates and do not account for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or high order volumes. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Butterloft Bakery is not responsible for delays outside our control.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, and allergen information are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current.

In no event shall Butterloft Bakery or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services.
